Expac to increase links to academic institutes

Youth development within businesses is a vital part of planning for the future and is why the most successful business from around the world offer a variety of internship and graduate schemes.
As like many other companies within the cosmetics industry, Expac have created their own youth development scheme. This scheme has seen Expac create links with local Universities and colleges offering employment opportunities to young professionals who are preparing to leave education. The scheme has been running for almost 3 years and has seen Expac employ 7 new apprentices and a University post-grad student to help progress their operations. Since joining Expac the 8 new staff members have provided a fresh new insight to the business and have proven to be an invaluable asset to the company. Because of the success Expac has found with these 8 new staff members Expac are now offering the opportunity for new roles within their youth development scheme. Expac are looking to add to their team during the final quarter of 2014.
