PROCEDURE:
1. In main vessel mix Sequence #1 with medium speed propeller stirring. Heat to 80˚C. Hold 30 minutes.
2. Slowly add premixed Sequence #2 while mixing at temperature. Hold 30 minutes.
3. Start heating Sequence #3 while mixing. At 80˚C add Sequence #3 to main vessel while mixing.
4. Add Sequence #4 to main vessel. Start cooling while mixing.
5. When temperature approaches 40˚C slowly add Sequence #5 while mixing.
6. Mix until homogeneous, shutdown when temperature reaches 32˚C.
SPECIFICATIONS:
pH: 5.50-6.50
Viscosity: TF @ 1.5 rpm: 155,740cps.
Stability: 1month at 50˚C
