You must have a creative eye, plenty of ideas and enthusiasm to get stuck in developing high quality and fabulous formulations. This role will empower you to take ownership of the products you help to make, as you are involved in all aspects of its creation. From sourcing raw materials to delivering high-standard tech docs that will support product rollouts.
A degree in a relevant discipline is essential, plus experience of working in a laboratory environment. A great communicator with a can-do mindset, you will collaborate proactively with external parties to maximise potential opportunities.
