France has announced a number of VAT incentives to boost the spending power of non-EU tourists.

Under the new measures, instead of having to spend at least €175 in a day (with an upper threshold of €1,000) in order to reclaim VAT, non-EU tourists will now only have to spend €100 over three days, with an upper threshold of €3,000.
