Garnier trumps other well-known French brands including Orange, Michelin and Renault
L’Oréal-owned cosmetics brand Garnier is the most powerful brand in France, according to a new report by UK-based Brand Finance entitled France 50 2017.
The beauty brand came in ahead of French stalwarts such as Renault, Orange and Michelin.
However, ‘power’, Robert Haigh, PR manager at Brand Finance, told Cosmetics Business, is not simply the measure of a company’s value. In fact, Garnier is in 20th place in terms of value, far behind . . .
