Global skin care market to reach $121bn by year end

US market alone worth almost $11bn and facial skin care making up bulk

Skin care is one of the fastest-growing categories within the personal care market, according to a new study from product information marketplace company Indix.

To conduct the study, Indix analysed a sample of 53,742 products sold online at 30 stores. It predicted the global skin care market will be worth $121bn by the end of 2016, with the US market alone worth almost $11bn. . . .
