Glossier expands to Europe


The online millennial-focused beauty retailer is coming to the UK and France

Glossier has revealed plans to expand globally.

The US online beauty brand, launched by Into The Gloss Founder and CEO Emily Weiss in 2014, will start shipping into Canada later this month.

Consumers in the UK will be able to order from the brand later this year. The retailer will expand into France from 2018.

A statement by Weiss revealed the brand cannot yet ship to Québec, despite Montréal being the site of its first international office, due to the absence of a French website and marketing.

It is also launching in other countries further down the line, but the cruelty-free brand said it will not ship to companies that breach its ethical policy.
