Sales of men’s fragrances rose 6% in 2018, compared with 4% for women’s scents

Sales of male niche and premium fragrances have boosted overall sales of prestige fragrance in the US, according to a new study by market analyst NPD.

Sales of male fragrances rose 6% in 2018, compared with 4% for women’s fragrances, and saw a temporary rise of 10% during the run-up to Father’s Day in the US.
