HCT creates exclusive palette for Ulta
Carnivale palette created using HCT\'s full service offer
Created exclusively for Ulta, the Carnivale palette evokes Summer with it’s bold & bright array of nine eyeshadows and two blushers.
The slim line card kit was developed as a full service by HCT NJ, and comes complete with miniature kohl eyeliner plus cheek and eye applicators.
