Harrods is opening a new in-house hair and beauty service to provide customers with a range of luxury treatments for the hair, skin and body.
The Hair & Beauty Salon will open on Harrods’ fifth floor from the end of April as part of the Knightsbridge, London retailer’s growing beauty and wellness division, and will offer treatments including hair styling, manicures, pedicures, facials, hair removal and more.
By offering a range of everyday beauty services, Harrods is aiming to cement its position as one of London’s most exciting beauty destinations, alongside its upcoming £200m revamp of its Beauty Hall, which will see the store’s beauty offer double to encompass two floors.
The new Hair and Beauty Salon will replace the store’s existing Urban Retreat beauty destination, which Harrods confirmed will leave after fifteen years to focus on expansion into other sites.
The luxury retailer further boosted its beauty services with the launch of its Wellness Clinic in May last year, a space dedicated to improving the wellness of shoppers with facilities including treatment rooms, training studios and a private consultation room.
