Leading a team of strong performers, you'll be responsible for both strategy and delivery of some of the most exciting product categories in the brand's portfolio. MAKE UP experience is essential for this 12-month maternity contract as being able to hit-the-desk running is a prerequisite. This may suit a strong Senior NPD Manager looking to step-up or an experienced Head of looking for a change.
Understanding and fitting into an Indie SME is also essential, scale-up is an exciting environment to operate in but demanding! Superb senior stakeholder management and presentation skills a must.
