Lead the operations / supply chain team

Can you deliver on operational excellence?

Do you inspire and motivate your department?

With your extensive experience in the beauty industry, you will be lead the operations / supply chain team, ensuring all relevant business and HR processes are followed.

You will be responsible for setting the departmental KPIs and ensuring they are filtered down with clarity, clear ownership and accountability.

Keeping an eye on service levels both internally and externally to identify areas where opportunities to improve efficiency and deliver solutions to keep any unnecessary cost down. Your own high expectations and experience will mean you are always analysing the market, looking for alternative providers, undertaking trials and cost & service comparisons.

You will keep the rest of the senior management team and board updated of any issues regarding the customer orders, inventory or services that could have an impact on business and maximising monthly revenues and profits.

Having a great head for numbers you will compile reports and forecasts to highlight risks and opportunities that are to be incorporated into the monthly board pack.
