Are you an experienced NPD Packaging Manager?
Have you or would you like to successfully manage, lead and inspire a team?
You will be successfully managing the development of packaging in NPD for an established health and beauty company with big aspirations for own brands as well as manufacturing for some of the biggest brands on the High Street.
Using your people management skills you will work with your team to produce projects and results that are aligned to the company’s goals.
With experience in FMCG and an understanding for eco-friendly packaging, you will develop the sustainability agenda for the company.
You will champion new technologies/product ideas and cultivate a steady flow of concepts to support future product pipeline, act as the technical lead for all packaging related projects and drive projects forward.
You will be conducting in-depth technical feasibility assessments on packaging design, including environmental impact, supply chain, manufacturing and cost drivers. Ensuring standards are set for all packaging items, you will develop current and custom packaging and ensure full testing is carried out.
Using your experience and industry knowledge you will manage risks and issues in packaging development accordingly and support ongoing improvements.
