The ideal person is likely to be a qualified in Cosmetic Science and spent time in formulation moving into the world of NPD to apply those Technical skills. International markets are a huge opportunity for the brand’s expansion, and therefore strong knowledge of European Regulation is essential, US & Asia markets would be a bonus. Sustainability, the hot topic of the day is also high on the agenda and you will be heavily involved in defining and driving the brand’s Sustainability mission in terms of ingredients, provenance and the brand’s ethical standpoint.

It’s a significant time in their evolution, looking to push boundaries with product ingredients for their award-winning Skincare products.
