The health and beauty industry is the sector least prepared for a second wave of Covid-19, new data has revealed.

While 54% of retailers across industries have made no changes to their business model in anticipation of a second spike of the virus, 75% of health and beauty companies said they have made no preparations at all, a survey by digital operations platform Brightpearl showed.

Fashion and entertainment companies are also less prepared for a return
