Henkel extends sustainable packaging partnership with Plastic Bank

The German consumer goods giant will support local communities in Haiti, the Philippines, Indonesia and Egypt while increasing the amount of recycled plastic in its packaging by 600 tonnes

Global consumer goods company Henkel is extending its partnership with social enterprise Plastic Bank for another five years, aiming to reduce plastic waste in the ocean while improving the lives of people living in poverty.

Plastic Bank provides dedicated centres in locations around the world where locals can return plastic waste in exchange for money, goods or services.
