Over the past four years, Very.co.uk has exploded onto the beauty and fragrance retail scene, increasing retail sales by 78%.

But what is the British online retailer, which sells everything from fridges to fancy dress and facial skin care looking for in its new brand partners?

Here Gemma Lord, Beauty and Fragrance Category Manager at Shop Direct, which operates online retailer Very.co.uk, talks to Cosmetics Business about the company's future beauty and fragrance growth plans.
