I Love Cosmetics Ltd, which owns the I Love…, Balmi and The Bubbles & Butters Company brands, has appointed three new heads of department. Martin Rylance, previously Finance Director at Zig Zag GB Ltd, has been named as Head of Finance, while Debbie Hyde has been recruited as Head of Retail Sales. Hyde joins from b3 International, where she held the position of Business Development Manager. Finally, Katie Carter has been appointed as I Love Cosmetics' Head of Product Development. Carter was previously based at hair and beauty giant Vivalis Limited.

These latest appointments form part of a wider investment strategy to accommodate our future business plans for continued growth,” commented James Brown, founder and MD of I Love Cosmetics.
