To celebrate Virgin Atlantic's 30th anniversary, Illamasqua has announced its collaboration with the airline as the official make-up of choice for all ground staff and cabin crew.
Following the recent redesign of staff uniform, Illamasqua has created a new make-up look exclusively for the airline, with soft, natural definition to the eyes and brows and subtle contouring to the face.
In addition, the brand has specially created a lipstick in the exact shade of Virgin Atlantic's pantone red. Part of the Glamore lipstick line, the new shade, Virgin, is a hydrating, comfortable satin finish lipstick which also offers smooth application.
"When I think of Virgin Atlantic, I automatically think class, sophistication and glamour,” said Clare Lille, South Trainer for Illamasqua. “The look we have created for the cabin crew and ground staff oozes nonchalant elegance and sophistication that is easily achievable to create on yourself. Glamore Lipstick in Virgin is the finishing touch that signifies everything we wanted to achieve with the make-up."

Also new is the autumn Once collection. Described by Creative Director Alex Box as: "a palette inspired by the gentle and exquisite point when a flower starts to fade and becomes impossibly beautiful in its complex decline”, the collection includes four products in delicate, autumnal shades and soft metallic finishes. The collection comprises new and existing products.
New Vintage Metallic Eye Shadow (£16.50) is a pot of long lasting shadow in a metallic cream-gel texture, with a smudge resistant finish, in shades Courtier, dusky rose; Embellish, rich cocoa; and Bibelot, rustic golden teal.
New Nail Varnish in Melange (£14.50) is an antique teal shade of the brand's Nail Varnish that delivers highly pigmented colour in a long-lasting, chip resistant formula.
Sheer Lipgloss (£16.50) is a light gloss with a sheer colour finish containing moisturising vitamin E, in new shade Exquisite, pink oyster; and Opulent, a rainbow beige.
Finally, Powder Blusher in Naked Rose (£21.50) imparts a subtle flush of colour to the cheeks with its highly pigmented fine powder in Naked Rose, a delicate soft neutral pink.
