Innovation Lead - Midlands or South West - around £50,000

Focus on sustainable concepts and lead the junior members of the R&D team

I am working with a manufacturer who are looking for someone to lead on Innovation Developments across mainly skin care but also bath and body care and hair care. You will focus on sustainable concepts and lead the junior members of the R&D team.

Duties:


1- Lead on innovation developments across skin care, bath and body care and hair care with a focus on:

  • Emerging raw material actives
  • Developing sustainable formulation concepts/formats including waterless, natural,“clean”, hot pour etc
  • Bluesky formulation concepts across multiple price points for own brand products and private label

2- Work with the marketing team to deliver new technologies, formulation concepts and range ideas with breakthrough consumer-led innovations

3- Work with BDMs and customers to identifying gaps in the portfolio
