An amazing opportunity for an experienced International Account Executive or more experienced Manager with proven capability of building business across Global markets

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced International Account Executive or more experienced Manager with proven capability of building business across Global markets through both Distributor model and directly with Retailers.

Based at home with 1-2 days a week in their lovely South West London offices, you’ll be Joining a growing business who own their own beauty brands and continue to acquire more.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a strategic plan for your territories
  • Analysis of global markets to identify new sales opportunities
  • Scheduled annual travel to APAC region to manage Distributors, negotiating pricing and terms and meet with Retailers
  • Attending International Trade events
  • Managing relationships with Distributors and Retailer customers directly, operating as the main point of contact
  • Preparing all contracts & agreements, price negotiation, driving cost-saving opportunities, maximising margins
  • Sales forecasting, producing quarterly reports
  • Collaborating on NPD launches and aiding Tech & Reg compliance through insights

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong commercial acumen, a head for negotiation. Be highly organised with strong analytical skills and be able to work effectively under pressure. Sector experience Beauty; Bath and Body; Skincare; Haircare; Personal Care; Wellbeing; Toiletries.
