Kao and Shanghai Jahwa announce strategic alliance
Agreement focuses on marketing and sales opportunities in China
Kao Group and Shanghai Jahwa have agreed a new strategic business alliance focusing on marketing and sales. Under the new contract, Kao’s commercial division and Shanghai Jahwa’s sales unit will aim to expand the sales of Kao’s products in the Chinese market using Shanghai Jahwa’s existing wholesale channels and marketing structure.
The alliance will initially focus on three Kao brands with fully operation sales activities slated for 2013.
