Key Account Manager - Europe - Greater London, UK - Up to £55,000 (+ Bonus Opportunity)

Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic Beauty & Personal Care business who are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager role to join their team, with a focus on European market. The correct candidate will have experience working with the EMEA market, and will work closely with the European Sales Director.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute European sales & distribution strategy to hit and exceed profit and revenue goals while constantly evaluating and optimising strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify strong trade marketing plans and grow the business’ key accounts.
  • Oversee omnichannel selling strategies, maintaining a clear view of the contribution margin of each individual channel.
  • Manage commercial aspects of accounts including pricelists, marketing budgets & JBPs, as well as regularly forecasting against the annual plan.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in International Sales Management, ideally with a background of beauty/personal care.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with a passion for sales and ability to develop long standing relationships.
  • Flexibility to travel through Europe frequently.
  • Fluency in English essential, fluency in other European languages highly desirable.
