Cosmetics and toiletries corporate Kimberly-Clark remains locked in an ongoing battle with Australia’s Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) over whether its Kleenex Cottonelle wipes can be considered flushable.

The ACCC took Kimberley-Clark to court in December 2016 on the grounds that its products did not break
