Kylie Jenner is being sued for allegedly copying British artist Sarah Pope’s Temptation Neon work.
The artist submitted the lawsuit against the cosmetics brand-owner and network company NBCUniversal Media for using an image very similar to Pope’s artwork featuring a biting lip.
The image in question is used for the promotion of new reality series Life Of Kylie.
Pope is said to have created Temptation Neon and posted the art on Instagram in 2015.

Jenner has been accused of infringing the work of artists before.
In November 2016, images posted on her Instagram feed were very similar to artist Vlada Haggerty.
The LA-based make-up artist claimed that Jenner’s Instagram post campaign promoting her Yellow Gold Creme shadow and Mary Jo, Merry and Vixen Lip Kits is an imitation of a shoot that she carried out a few months ago.
