The retailers set up shop in the theme park’s Disney Springs shopping destination

L’Occitane en Provence, Sephora and MAC have opened new stores in Disney World’s shopping destination Disney Springs in Florida, US.

Disney Springs, an outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment complex at the Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, is home to four outdoor ‘neighbourhoods’: The Landing, Marketplace, West Side and Town Center. The cosmetics stores were unveiled at the opening of the Town Center neighbourhood, which features Spanish revival-style architecture, at Disney Springs on 15 May.

For French natural cosmetics retailer L’Occitane the store represents its fifth flagship. It will stock the brand’s full range of skin and body care products as well as fragrances inside a 2549sqft boutique.

David McConnachie, Senior Vice President of Retail Development at L'Occitane, said: “L’Occitane en Provence strives to share the beauty of Provence, France with the rest of the world, and this new store offers us a great opportunity to serve as a go-to beauty destination for the many local shoppers and vacationing guests who visit Walt Disney World Resort."
