L’Oréal and Estée Lauder honoured for LBGTQ workplace equality

Beauty giants L’Oréal and Estée Lauder have both achieved the highest scores on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2019 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) as well as being named a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.”

Both companies scored 100 on the CEI which is seen a the most distinguished benchmarking report in the US for LGBTQ-related corporate policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTQ community.
