L'Oréal h1 sales boosted by luxury and Asia Pacific

L'Oréal has revealed its financial results for H1 2017, €13.4bn, up by 4.3% on the first half of 2016.

In the L’Oréal Luxe division (which includes brands such as Shu Uemura and Lancôme), the company generated €4.1bn, up 10.5%.

The growth in the luxury category has been attributed to a number of new releases, such as Lancôme’s Monsieur Big Mascara and YSL’s colour cosmetics expansions.

Asia Pacific has also helped growth in the luxury
