L’Oréal’s record 2018 figures fuelled by luxury demand in Asia Pacific and boosts in e-commerce and travel retail

L’Oréal has announced record 2018 annual results fuelled by strong performance in its L’Oréal Luxe and Active Cosmetics divisions and the growth of its Travel Retail and e-commerce platforms.

Figures for the year were up up 7.1% to €26.9bn, while fourth quarter sales grew 7.7%.

“In a beauty market that accelerated significantly in 2018, L'Oréal marked its best year of growth since 2007,” said L’Oréal CEO and Chairman Jean-Paul Agon.
