La Chênaie, a new French skin care brand is due to launch in January next year. The new range is the brainchild of Sylvain Charlois – descendant of a family known for supplying the wine industry with oak barrels.

The brand, which bases its products on extracts of oak leaf and bark, also employs ex-Chanel and Revlon staffer Muriel Bregou. She previously worked as product manager at Chanel and Revlon, before working in various roles at Yves Rocher and Petit Bateau. She joined La Chênaie almost three years ago.
