La Prairie puts the luxury back into bathing

For its latest offering La Prairie has turned its attention to the bathroom with its Art of the Bath collection. The range features Cellular Bath Foam and Cellular Bath and Body Oil, both of which contain La Prairie’s Cellular complex of glycoproteins, horsetail and ginseng extracts. The Bath and Body Oil also features a blend of sweet almond oil, macadamia seed oil, grape seed oil, jojoba seed oil, acai oil, lecithin and vitamins A and E, and can be used in the bath or afterwards to strengthen the skin’s moisture barrier. The Cellular Bath Foam meanwhile contains shea butter, aloe leaf juice, edelweiss extract, watercress, calendula, cornflower, white willow, chamomile and meadowsweet, sweet almond protein, soybean protein and vitamin E.

Art of the Bath also includes four natural oils – lemon grapefruit, lavender, eucalyptus and patchouli – which can be blended with the Cellular Bath Foam and Cellular Bath and Body Oil to create different scent combinations.

The collection comes in a white lacquered wooden box for what the Swiss brand describes as a bath time of pure sybaritic pleasure.
