Lancôme (L'Oréal) has announced a partnership with Dermatologist Dr Macrene Renee Alexiades-Armenakas. Dr Macrene will serve as Lancôme's Consulting Dermatologist and skincare authority, working closely with the brand on skincare innovation and sharing her insights on cutting-edge research projects.

As the Derm-Scientist with over 20 years of experience in scientific research and clinical dermatology, Dr Macrene represents the top of her field and was the natural choice as a brand voice for Lancôme. "I've spent years in the laboratory investigating plant molecular biology, cell and developmental biology and genetics," explains Dr Macrene. "So I have a keen understanding of how the latest cosmetic compounds affect skin and the ageing process. I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to align with Lancôme on its groundbreaking work in this field."
As Director of her own Research Clinic and Private Practice in laser and aesthetic dermatology in New York City, Dr Macrene continuously examines the latest scientific literature to critically evaluate new molecules for their efficacy and safety. In her new role as Lancôme's Consulting Dermatologist, she'll lend her valuable insight to a Lancôme peer reviewed study.
