Cornelius subsidiary appointed Lonza\'s exclusive distributor for Poland


Lonza Group Ltd, a leading supplier to the global life sciences, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries headquartered in Basel, Switzerland, completed the acquisition of Arch Chemicals, Inc. in October 2011. The result of this acquisition is an exciting broad range of products which cover most formulation needs such as Preservatives; Natural derived actives, Biotechnological Actives, Proteins, Functional Ingredients and many more.

As of October 1st, 2012, Cornelius Polska Sp. z o.o. has been appointed Lonza's exclusive representative distributor for Poland, for the whole product range of Lonza Personal Care. Cornelius Polska Director General, Piotr Wasilewski, said: " we are delighted to be appointed Lonza's partner in the Polish cosmetics market.
