The loyalty scheme rewards customers with points when purchasing products, leaving reviews and making recommendations to friends

Lookfantastic has launched its new UK customer rewards programme LF Beauty Plus+.

The THG-owned online beauty retailer said the rewards club is free to join and provides perks such as early access to exclusive deals and events.

It works by rewarding customers with ‘+Points’ when purchasing products, leaving reviews and making recommendations to friends.

Lookfantastic General Manager, Keely Gough, said the programme was based on “insight, data and feedback” from its community.

“Our LF Beauty Plus+ scheme allows us to give back to our customers, rewarding them for
the support they continue to show us, especially in this time of financial uncertainty,” she added.

“We want to show we appreciate loyalty by continuously rewarding our customers.”

Customers who sign up now will receive £5 worth of points after completing their LF Beauty Plus+ profile.

It follows Lookfantastic’s Fantastic Futures ‘scholarship’ platform launch in July.

The scheme is said to give new brands the opportunity to boost their business and stand alongside 600 other beauty players stocked with the pure play retailer.

“Fantastic Futures is devoted to bringing independent beauty brands to the forefront, offering them pride of place amongst some of the strongest beauty players in the industry,” said Rachel Horsefield, CEO at THG Beauty, at the time.

“It is our mission at Lookfantastic to provide our millions of global consumers with solutions to their beauty needs, and with our portfolio of over 600 beauty brands, we are the perfect partner for new brands looking to rise through the ranks of the industry.”

Lookfantastic was founded in 1996 and was acquired by THG Holdings in 2010 as part of its beauty portfolio.

Premium brands including Tom Ford, Laura Mercier, Estée Lauder, Jo Malone, Anastasia Beverly Hills and Natasha Denona are stocked with the e-tailer.
