The 'bath art' film features the brand's products and ingredients in action

UK cosmetics company Lush has unveiled a video called The Experimenter, which features dynamic snapshots of its products and ingredients in motion such as exploding bath bombs and swirling liquids.

The Experimenter was inspired by the social media trend of Lush consumers sharing their bathtime works of art, which they are encouraged to share on social media using the hashtag #LushTime. The video is set to a piece of music that uses a 45-piece orchestra and choral ensemble.

The video was filmed in 4K ultra-high definition and was produced in collaboration with production agency The Mill, which worked on Baz Luhrmann's recent Chanel No5 advert and the Sainsbury's Christmas campaign.

Lush Digital Managing Director Jack Constantine said: “This piece of art is a beautiful illustration of experimentation delving into the process behind our product invention. The collaboration between musical, cosmetic and visual artists has been a challenging creative journey with a rewarding result.”
