ManCave chooses ESTubes for overhaul

Male grooming brand ManCave has strengthened its green credentials by switching to Easy Supply Tubes (ESTubes), supplied by Vetroplas and its European Partner CTL.

Replacing the original extruded tubes, the ESTubes are produced by injecting the plastic inside a mould containing the pre-printed label.

Vetroplas says the process’ benefits include enhanced decoration options, as well as supply chain optimisation, flexibility and sustainability.

Because both the label and cap are produced in a single material (PP), the finished product is recyclable, while lead times can be below the market average, reducing the need for excessive stock.

The new packaging has been adopted across ManCave’s entire skin care, hair care, body care and beard range.
