Daughter of Cindy Crawford stars in brand’s spring 2017 beauty campaign
Marc Jacobs Beauty has named Kaia Gerber as the face of the brand.
The announcement was made at the same time as the release of the first campaign images for the brand’s spring 2017 campaign.
For the campaign, 15-year-old Gerber was photographed by David Sims and styled by Katie Grand with make-up by Dian Kendal, hair by Guido Paolo and nails by Jin Soon Choi.
The images will be used in print and digital campaigns and promote the brand’s new products including the O!Mega Lash Volumizing Mascara in Peacock 40 (pictured) and Matte Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner in Whirl(pool), both launching as part of the new spring 2017 campaign launching in January.
Marc Jacobs said: “We’ve been really fortunate to have had incredible women represent Marc Jacobs beauty — from Edie Campbell to Jessica Lange — and are excited to add Kaia Gerber to that list.
“Shooting her for the beauty campaign was fantastic in every way – her beauty, her charm, her incredible personality and her professional work ethic, proved the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.”
