The monthly glossy magazine has revealed the winners of its annual Prix d’Excellence De La Beauté Awards
Marie Claire has revealed the winners of its Prix d’Excellence De La Beauté awards 2014.
Marie Claire Prix d’Excellence pays homage to the most innovative and effective products launched over the last year. Now in their 28th year internationally, the awards guarantee winning products credibility and kudos among beauty aficionados everywhere.
The winners were revealed at an awards ceremony at Claridges on Monday 24 February.
Judged by the International panel, comprised of Marie Claire beauty editors from around the world and cosmetics industry independent experts, the World’s Best Beauty Products were named as Giorgio Armani Lip Maestro, Sisley Botanical Detoxifying Night Treatment, Lancôme Dream Tone, Estèe Lauder Advanced Night Repair Synchronised Recovery Complex II and Lancaster Sun Sport Invisible Mist.
The British Jury Prizes were selected by a panel of the UK’s leading beauty journalists, including Marie Claire’s beauty and style director, Lisa Oxenham (pictured, with Victoria Campbell from Lancôme). Winners included Clarins 3-Dot Liner (Best Make-Up category), Aveda Be Curly Curl Controller (Best Beauty Care category) and Clinique Kiss it Better Appeal (Best Ethical category). The Special Jury Prize was awarded to Chanel Les Temps Essentials, Les Beiges Healthy Glow Sheer Powder and Le Volume de Chanel Mascara.
