My client, a luxury beauty brand builder/owner are growing and looking for a strong addition to join their team in the shape of a talented Marketing Manager.
Working as part of a highly entrepreneurial team the feel is start-up and would suit an agile individual who can drive the Online business both for the company and the brands they represent on a global basis.
The ideal person will have come from a luxury beauty environment, have at least 3 years’ strong B2B and BTC marketing experience to drive a dynamic marketing plan across the business and the brands they represent. Supporting key partners, cosmeceutical clinics and luxury spa, e-tailers for the domestic and international markets.
Highly measurable, you will define and coordinate an integrated company activity plan which will uphold and grow their niche portfolio of luxury brands. Responsibilities will include:
- Management and creation of all brand assets
- Development of video content and key brand imagery
- Support trade events
- Develop and oversee NPD and subsequent launch
- Support international partners with their marketing requirements
- Own and deliver trade communications
- Management of third party agencies, PR and Creative
- Be able to demonstrate results from tactical campaigns
- Create social assets, scheduling and management of relevant platforms
- Be proficient in Adobe creative suite, photoshop and editing software for design and materials creation would be ideal
- Have a genuine understanding of the luxury consumer needs, wants and lifestyle
- Have a passion for all things skin care.
