Marta Mosegui joins Eurofragance as chief officer of the human resources department

The former Sony manager is a new key player for the development of the company’s global strategy

Eurofragance has appointed Marta Moseguí as its new global chief Human Resources officer. Her appointment is key to Eurofragance’s strategy to achieve strong growth in the international market. Moseguí’s objectives are to promote Eurofragance’s values among the workforce and to drive their development to contribute to the business mission and strategy.

Marta Moseguí qualified in Administration and Business Management at Barcelona University and has a Master in International Management from Reading University in the United Kingdom. As well as other international training programmes, Marta Moseguí graduated from the Management Development Programme (PDD) at the IESE Business School at the University of Navarra and has a Master in Social Sciences from Esade. In terms of her career, Moseguí’s most recent position was as a collaborator and product manager at start-up FlyHighMe. However, much of her working life was spent at SONY, where she was most recently Human Resources Strategic Business Partner for the European Region for the Professional Solutions and Semiconductors and Electronic Solutions Divisions. She was also HR Director for Iberia at SONY. Accenture and Banco Popular are other companies where Moseguí has worked.

Marta is also very interested in humanitarian causes and is involved in NGOs that work with children with disabilities and prevention of HIV infection among children in Africa (WhizzKids United).
