We assess the safety and the efficacy of any type of cosmetics, hygiene, household products, or healthcare products such as drugs and medical devices. We are known for the quality of our work and our competitive prices.

Cutaneous and ocular tolerance assessments
Our specialists review the improvement of clinical signs: erythema, oedema, desquamation, dryness, vesicles, roughness.
We can also assess the comedogenic potential of your product.
For eye products, our ophthalmologist observes with a slit lamp the state of the cornea, bulbar conjunctiva, palpebral conjunctiva and eyelids before and after treatment. He also evaluates the intensity and duration of the sensations felt.
Efficacy measurements with high technology equipment
We take advantage of a large range of devices to measure skin or hair properties such as: wrinkles, moisturisation, elasticity, texture, colour, sebum, restructuring, skin barrier protection and pH.
Among our equipment, we can mention:
- Primos lite to quantify fine lines and wrinkles
- Visia to take standardised images of the face, to quantify spots
Quality sun protection tests: SPF, UVA in vivo and in vitro
Like each Dermscan Group laboratory, Dermscan Asia is member of the BIPEA program. This certification guaranties the quality of our equipment, methods, know-how of the team and the results accuracy.
