Q: What do you love most about your job?

RW: It’s a privilege being an ambassador for Chanel. I enjoy representing a luxury brand and working with such premium quality and desirable products.
AC: I love my job and working on P&O Ferries means I get to meet people from around the world. I love uncovering travellers’ needs and finding the perfect products for them.

Q: What are the biggest challenges you face on the shop floor?

RW: Ensuring I meet every customer’s expectations in a fast-paced environment.
AC: Working on board a ship in adverse weather conditions can be a challenge but I always aim to deliver an amazing experience whatever the weather.
