Men Rock has bought a majority share in Carsons Cosmetics, a UK-based luxury male grooming brand.
Carsons Cosmetics, which trades as Carsons Apothecary, sells luxury male grooming and specialty retail products in more than 15 countries spanning Europe and the UK. It is due to launch in the US and Mexico in late spring.
Steven O’Neil, Carsons' Founder and Owner of The Grooming Clinic, will join the Men Rock board. He said: “We’re delighted to be working with Men Rock and joining them at a time when they are establishing themselves as a significant force in male grooming.”
Paul Johnson, CEO of Men Rock, added: “We are delighted that Carson’s Apothecary will join the Men Rock family. The products are exceptional and will complement our own extensive range so well. Steve is one of the great minds in the beauty business, so his rigor and insight will be a very valuable addition to our board.”
