Actress to front new mascara campaign
Revlon has announced the appointment of Michelle Keegan as its new UK Social Influencer. The actress will collaborate with the brand on a number of projects, including the launch of Revlon's new mascara collection.
Former Coronation Street star Keegan commented: "Working with Revlon is a real honour and I am so excited to be a part of such a renowned and much loved brand. I have always been a big fan and I can't wait to share my love for Revlon with my amazing fans and followers. We have a lot of exciting projects planned for 2016, including continuing to spread Revlon's global message that love is on!" On social media, Revlon will share exclusive photos and videos of Michelle discussing its brand message: 'Love Is On'.
Revlon's new masacara collection launches on 20 January and includes the new product Revlon All-In-One Mascara as well as four other new mascaras, each addressing a different eyelash need, such as length, curl and volume. Revlon is also expected to launch several new products in collaboration with Keegan in the coming months.
The actress shared the news on Instagram, uploading a short video clip of her mascara campaign. In the caption, she said: "Excited beyond words! Finally, it's nearly here! A revolution is coming..."
Keegan has a large following on social media, with more than 2.4 million Instagram followers and 3.4 million followers on Twitter. She joins existing Revlon ambassadors Emma Stone and Olivia Wilde.
