The fragrance brand will work in conjunction with non-profit charity One Tree Planted

Luxury UK fragrance brand Miller Harris has pledged to plant one tree for every purchase made in its five London, UK, stores and online.

The initiative will be spearheaded by non-profit organisation One Tree Planted, which will oversee the planting of the trees across North and Latin America, Africa, Asia and Australia.

For an additional US$1 per tree (87p), customers will be able to buy more trees to be planted by the charity.

Speaking about the initiative, Miller Harris’ CEO Sarah Rotheram said sustainability and climate change are global issues that everyone has a responsibility to address.

She said: “Miller Harris are committed to making beautiful fragrances and products, but we are also committed to minimising our impact on the planet preserving it for future generations.

“It is with a collection of small steps that we can make bigger steps forward.

“By planting more trees with One Tree Planted we can actively make a difference and each small step takes the brand further on its sustainable journey.”

Miller Harris’ London stores are located in Covent Garden, Seven Dials, Canary Wharf, Westfield London and Coal Drops Yard.
