Murad presses ahead with new skin care innovations

Unilever-owned US skin care brand Murad has rolled out three new products, adding to its Anti-Aging Blemish Control and Collagen Support ranges.

The first two products build on the brand’s existing Anti-Aging Blemish Control range, designed for adult skin that struggles with blemishes or acne. Anti-Aging Moisturizer (£42) contains SPF 30 and an Oil Control Complex consisting of sesame seed and argan kernel extract. Meanwhile Advanced Blemish & Wrinkle Reducer (£45) contains encapsulated salicylic acid to drip feed skin throughout the day to help clear pores, and glycolic and retinol to accelerate cell turnover.

The third new product is Collagen Support Body Cream (£38). The cream is created to lock in moisture for 24 hours and triple the skin’s moisturel levels, according to the brand. Ingredients include sunflower seed oil, vitamin E and shea butter. It carries a citrus aroma of lemongrass and vetiver.
