Working for a UK leading beauty brand with increasing exposure in US and international markets, you will be responsible for the development and execution of new products.
Using your experience in product development and project management, you will liaise with suppliers & manufacturers to develop and deliver products on time, within budget and margin targets. Ensuring market leading quality, reliability, compliance and commerciality.
You are confident in managing all aspects of the NPD process, maintaining all related information up-to-date and correctly saved for easy access. You will attend and manage weekly meetings with UK and US teams and escalate any issues and delays for speedy resolution
You have an excellent understanding of purchasing and sourcing on and are able to work independently while keeping good communication with other teams.
