National Account Manager - Manchester - £40,000 – 50,000 (plus Bonus)


Lavandi Talent are currently working with a staple in the beauty industry, you’ve either seen them on the shelves or definitely used them at some point! With incredible opportunities in the role and a direct progression plan to Head of Sales within 18 months

Role and responsibilities:

  • Increase sales with UK retailers and manage the sales process end to end
  • Tactically manage and develop strong relationships with all existing retailers, to make sure KPI’s and goals
  • Manage and oversee multiple accounts in full P&L and predict to marketing plan
  • Provide reports for the Director
  • Discuss with key stakeholders on the most efficient promotions to construct future plans
  • Develop strong relationships, across retailers, finance, operations, marketing, and logistics

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience within Account Manager – Within Beauty and Personal Care Industry
  • Managed accounts with luxury retailer and e-tailers – Sainsburys, Tesco, Boots, Morrison, Holland and Barret
  • Ability to negotiate and build strong relationships
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office - Excel and PowerPoint. Microsoft Excel
  • Enthusiastic and positive work ethic
  • Ability to find possible issues and provide practical solutions before problems arise
  • Naturally driven and able to problem solve quickly
