National Key Account Manager – Lancashire – Salary DOE

Be responsible for identifying new business opportunities as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, reporting to the general manager

I am looking for an experienced national account manager to join a high-quality nutritional supplement manufacturer and brand providing some of the UK’s favourite vitamins, supplements and herbal products.

You will responsible for identifying new business opportunities as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, reporting to the general manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Continue sales leads and growth across the UK and Ireland / Arranging meetings and pitching for new accounts
  • Work closely with the marketing manager, putting in to action marketing plans and promotions
  • Follow up and have a pro-active approach on potential leads via the website and exhibitions
  • Co-ordinate and drive NPD idea’s providing regular updates with all internal teams on projects
  • Maintain company budgets and work with agreed spending
  • Keep all key account sites up to date on product info and images
  • Report monthly KPS’s
  • Willingness to travel in the UK and overseas when required
  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude, being flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is industry specific and loves the market. You will need clear sales experience and strong history in working in to the grocery sector and pharmacy groups.
