Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for training on product launches and skills through structured training events, conferences and in-store meetings.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to recognise training needs and priorities.
- Work alongside the Head of Training to ensure these priorities are accounted for in the Training plans and budgets.
- Plan and carry out store visits to follow up on training and understand the business from a shop floor point of view.
- Keep up to date with competitor launches and boost industry awareness and knowledge.
- Be the main contact with training teams, designing innovative ideas and ensuring training is delivered in line with the brands specifications.
- Ensure consultants have a strong product knowledge and a good level of selling skills, following customer service expectations in every session.
- Work with the training team to produce imaginative ideas and conduct motivating, relevant and timely training sessions of various sizes.
- Manage the new starter training and the In-Store Coaches programme.
- Plan and conduct hype meetings for new launches and take part in events for key accounts.
- Contribute to video content and online platforms.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in Training, Luxury Retail or Sales within Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG or a similar industry is desired.
- Solid proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word is essential.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Strong verbal communicator with exceptional presentation skills and the ability to inspire an audience.
- Extremely organised, ability to multi-task, high attention to detail and creative thinker.
- Able to travel and stay away from home when required.
